These local classmates really put their “acts of kindness” into practice when they set up a Lemonade and Dog Treat stand at their school on Friday, April 21. Their assignment was to set up anĀ exhibition project and… their subject? How to put an end to animal neglect. Humans and dogs stopped by their stand to help them raise money for our Shelter. These driven students set their goal at $100 and raised more than double that amount! We are truly moved by their desire to help the animals of our community. Thank you to these inspiring kids, and those who stopped by to support their mission!
