Meet Harper. This five year old, Bassett Hound Beagle mix wants to be your one and only. Harper is not a fan of other animals and would prefer a quiet home, but she is okay with children who are gentle and respectful with her. She has a birth defect that doesn’t seem to bother her. The shelter staff affectionately calls it her “Fancy Paw”.
