Lucky Paw Raffle

Win up to $5,000 with the Franklin Animal Shelter is thrilled to announce our Fall 2023 Lucky Paw raffle! This contest will help us raise money to support the shelter in our mission to help out the dogs and cats in our community. By purchasing a ticket to the Lucky Paw Raffle, you will be helping us care for these animals, while providing yourself with a chance to win up to $5,000* if your ticket is drawn.

Here’s how it works:

• This contest is a 50 / 50 Raffle where the total pot is based on the number of tickets sold. The winner will get 50% of the total pot. Only 200 tickets have been produced and will be sold at a cost of $50 each, making a maximum possible winning of $5,000 (before taxes).
• 50% of the pot will go to the winner of the drawing. 50% will go to the Shelter for use by the Board of Directors (as it exists on the date of the drawing) aligned with the mission and vision of the Franklin Animal Shelter (FAS)
• Taxes will be withheld from the winnings before they are paid to the winner(s) of the contest according to IRS guidelines.
• FAS Board members, FAS employees, volunteers or their spouses, are not eligible to win this contest.
• For this event, only 200 tickets will be sold, and the winner will be drawn live during our December Bowl-a-Thon on December 9, 2023 at Funspot.
• Tickets can be purchased by anyone 18 years of age or older.
• You do not need to be present to win.
• *Exact value of prize will be determined by the total number of tickets sold.
